These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the luck365 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets or wagers on luck365.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. luck365 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation — including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification — at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests.
2.5 Account Responsibility. Your luck365 account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any third party, including family members, to access or use your account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luck365 login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party.

4.1 Deposits. luck365 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods including FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. luck365 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for verified accounts. luck365 reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing time.
4.3 Currency. All account balances on luck365 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). luck365 does not impose currency conversion fees on MYR transactions.
4.4 Money Laundering. luck365 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activities. All transactions are monitored. luck365 reserves the right to freeze funds and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. luck365 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with applicable procedures communicated to the account holder.
5.1 All bets placed on luck365 are subject to the specific rules governing the applicable product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, Toto 4D, or lottery. These product-specific rules are available within each respective section of the Platform.
5.2 Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled except where luck365 determines, in its sole discretion, that the bet was accepted in error or as a result of a system malfunction.
5.3 luck365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result is knowingly available to the bettor at the time of placement (commonly referred to as "past-posting").
5.4 In the event of a technical error, interruption, or malfunction that affects the outcome of any game or bet, luck365 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
5.5 Bet limits — minimum and maximum — apply per market and are displayed on the relevant betting interface. luck365 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers provided by luck365 are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and qualifying criteria published at the time of each promotion. These terms take precedence in the event of any conflict with these general Terms.
6.2 Bonuses are credited to your luck365 account in good faith and are intended for the player named on the account only. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinating bets with other players, or reverse-withdrawing bonus deposits — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and potentially the closure of the account.
6.3 luck365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of luck365.
9.1 The luck365 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. luck365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses resulting from system downtime, delayed bet acceptance, or incorrect odds displays where bets have not yet been confirmed.
9.3 luck365's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 luck365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where: a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; KYC verification is not completed within the required period; or fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity is detected.
11.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, luck365 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. In confirmed cases of fraud or Terms violation, such balances may be forfeited.
11.3 Players who wish to close their luck365 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Any confirmed real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method following completion of applicable checks.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which luck365 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through luck365's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts or arbitration body as determined by luck365's licensing authority.
